cigarpadre 5-Cigar Giveaway — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. US ONLY. MUST BE 21+.

1. Sponsor

Sponsor is cigarpadre (“Sponsor”), contact: cigarpadre@cigarpadre.com. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees/contractors of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Promotion Period

Starts September 12, 2026 and ends September 21, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”). Entries received after the end date are void.

4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, complete all of the following:

Limit: one (1) entry per person / email address.

5. Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase / No Social Required)

To enter without Instagram actions, email cigarpadre@cigarpadre.com during the Promotion Period with subject line GIVEAWAY ENTRY and include: full name, email address used (or to use) for Stay in the loop, city/state, and a statement that you are 21+. One email = one entry. Sponsor may require you to complete the free Stay in the loop subscribe step so prize notices can be delivered.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive five (5) Black Works Studio Killer Bee cigars selected/provided by Sponsor. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): up to $100 USD. Prize is non-transferable. No cash alternative unless required by law. Winner is responsible for any taxes. Shipping only within the US. Adult signature / age verification may be required on delivery.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

On or about September 22, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from eligible entries. Winner will be notified by email (and/or Instagram DM). Potential winner must confirm eligibility (including 21+ and US shipping address) within five (5) days. If not confirmed, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

8. Publicity

By entering, winner agrees Sponsor may use first name / Instagram handle and state of residence to announce the winner, unless prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, fraudulent, or ineligible entries, and to cancel or modify the giveaway if fraud or technical failures compromise integrity. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries, shipping delays, or Instagram platform outages.
